Take some sassy pictures of yourself, play dress up, watch some naughty videos….all will work in helping keep your “spark”. We are adults, we are women, we are blessed beautiful creatures. No guilt, no regrets, nothing wrong in keeping your sassiness. Clean with some heels on, maybe even in your birthday suit. Feel good in your own body. Everything in moderation is good for you. Vegas Stiletto Fitness Certification

We are excited to see VSF grow so much! Along with having over 25 certified instructors all over Texas, Vegas, and Kentucky, other states are contacting us to come certify in their communities! We just certified in Austin and San Antonio, next we are going to Vegas in October, St.Louis in November, Long Beach in December, and two cities in Colorado, Pueblo and Denver in January! Those are only the confirmed cities. This program which is customized for ladies of all ages, shapes, and dance abilities not only helps women Get Fit, Feel Sassy, and Be Empowered but the program also helps women who are interested in owning their own business get certified and teach other women. We are creating entrepreneurs. We are also excited that we just hired a new law firm to help protect VSF, as much as we are passionate with what we do and only look at the good in people, we also must protect the business from those who do not believe in cooperative business. Bachelorette Party VSF

Yesterday’s Bachelorette party was great once again! The ladies as usual always show up a little shy and unsure of what to expect. I greet them and make them feel welcomed as they walk in. We serve them their champagne and they settle in and start to feel a little more comfortable. The maid of honor drove in from Corpus. The bachelorette was a little late but showed up just in time to start our dance. They took lots of pictures! Bride to be loves taking pictures as she should because she is very beautiful and photogenic. We started our routine. By the time we finished, they were all laughing, giggling, and worked up a little sweat. It was a great party and great group of girls. Only 2 days before her wedding, I think this bride to be enjoyed her Vegas Stiletto Fitness bachelorette party and added a very cherished memory to her special day;-)

Vegas Stiletto Fitness going National

Just certified 5 lovely ladies in Austin during my birthday weekend few weeks ago. We had a blast in Austin, I just love that city! Now we are going to Vegas next month in October to certify few more ladies. One certified instructor hosted a Ladies Night Out in New York! I’m in the process of scheduling Ladies Night Out with Vegas Stiletto Fitness and certifications in Denver Colorado, Pueblo Colorado, Long Beach California, Miami Florida, & Tampa Florida! It’s been one step at a time but we are surely growing. If we find some good partners we will grow at a much faster rate. But for right now there is only one voice. However, I am duplicating myself nation wide by certifying many lovely ladies who enjoy and will benefit in this type of business. There may be a few who’s intentions are not to join the VSF family but instead came to get a VSF certification for their own research. And that is ok, I believe sooner or later they will see that working together is what makes us all successful. I believe in Collaboration, working together and supporting one another. I try to duplicate this concept to all the VSF instructors. It hasn’t been easy to grow this business, but it’s been happening with so much passion and fun that I am very patient with it. The outcome of the students are amazing. Seeing them come to class a little insecure and shy sometimes but leave with a big smile on their face and their head held up high. It is a very rewarding feeling and makes it all worth it.

BACK TO SCHOOL…

As the kids go back to school, moms tend to loose control and tend to child’s every need. That is great, we are all great moms. However have a night for yourself too. Happy wife makes happy life! I know school expenses for children have to come first, however set some change aside for yourself too. The happier you are, the happier your children are. You don’t have to loose your femininity to take your kids to school every day, half asleep with your breath smelling like last night’s dinner and your eyes are half way open as you drop them off! Relax, take your time, meditate, sit in the sun a few minutes every morning while your kids are getting ready. Make time for yourself, YOU are important too!

I THOUGHT THIS WAS INTERESTING STORY I SAW ON YAHOO. I SAY WOMEN ARE BETTER CHEATERS THAN MEN, THATS FOR SURE. I ALWAYS SAY WOMEN ARE LIKE CATS…THEY COVER THEIR CRAP, MEN ARE LIKE DOGS, THEY LEAVE IT EVERYWHERE. BOTTOM LINE IS WHEN YOU CHEAT, YOU ARE CHEATING YOURSELF MORE THAN YOUR SIGNIFICANT OTHER…THATS MY OPINION:-)

Confessions: 7 reasons why women cheat

You’ve probably heard that men cheat for physical reasons, women for emotional reasons. Sure, there’s some truth to that, but when we asked real women around the country to share why they strayed from their boyfriends, we learned they had a whole host of explanations — from bad kissing to sheer revenge. Read on for the truth about why women have given in to temptation.

Reason #1: There’s no passion
“I had been with John for about three years — he was a really nice guy, and I enjoyed being with him, but there wasn’t a ton of passion. Most everyone we knew had gotten engaged, and though John would have proposed in a second, whenever he brought it up, I’d change the subject. I took a trip to Australia for work and while I was gone, I got together with a coworker to whom I’d always been insanely attracted. I had a fantastic trip, probably because for the first time in a long time I experienced that excitement I’d been missing. I broke up with John soon after I returned home and began dating the guy from the trip. Even though I’m not super-proud of my actions, things ended up for the best: after dating for a few years, the guy from the trip and I got married and we’re incredibly happy together.”

“Right before I was going to break up with my ex, Sean, he found out that he had to put his beloved dog to sleep. He was so broken up about it that I didn’t have the heart to end things, so I waited a month or so until he was in better shape. When things seemed to be better and I was ready, he lost his job, so I felt like I was back to square one! By that time I had met someone else that I really wanted to start seeing, so I went ahead and did it. I eventually ended things, never telling Sean about my extracurricular dating. I think I rationalized that I was trying to spare his feelings.”

Reason #3: Because absence doesn’t make the heart grow fonder
“My boyfriend Greg and I decided to do the long-distance thing after I was accepted to a graduate program 200 miles from where we lived. The first few months were fine, but I soon found myself becoming extremely attracted to my lab partner, Henry. What began as innocent flirting eventually wound up with us getting physical. After the program was over, I returned home to Greg. Being with him was really difficult, but I didn’t break up with him initially because I was still attracted to him, too. I visited Henry a few times and realized that he was really more of a fling, probably done out of boredom, and that Greg was the one for me. I eventually stopped communicating with Henry. I never told Greg about what happened, which occasionally makes me feel guilty, but I chalk my cheating up to being young and silly. He and I are still together, four years after my program ended.”

“I began dating Eric shortly after I had been dumped by Dave, my boyfriend of two years. I was devastated and Eric was definitely a rebound thing. After Eric and I had dated for five months, Dave came back and wanted to give things another shot. I still really missed him, so I began seeing him, but never ended things with Eric. I think I sort of kept Eric around for insurance purposes, just in case things didn’t end up well with Dave. Dave and I didn’t make it on round two, and after Eric discovered through mutual friends that I had been seeing him again, he ended things with me. I definitely learned my lesson about dating two guys at the same time, not to mention trying to rekindle a relationship that’s just plain over.”

Bachelorette Party

Just had a Vegas Stiletto Fitness Bachelorette Party on Saturday. Such a great group. Mom joined in and danced with us. One girl had a messed up ankle and another one had a messed up shoulder. But they still participated and made the best of it. Bachelorette girl danced all night with her friends. They danced for each other. This party was 2 days before her actual wedding..wow that was a close one. We did the song “Cream” by Prince. I love that dance.
