Hello and welcome to my Vegas Stiletto Fitness blog! I am Lisa owner of SMASH Dance Company. SMASH is a partnership mobile dance company where we partner up with different studios, centers, companies, to offer them our program at their facility to compliment any programs they already offer. We offer ballet,tap,cheer,tumbling,jazz, hiphop,creative dance, and camps for kids. For adults we have Salsa, Latin Rhythms, Belly dance, Zumba, and Vegas Stiletto Fitness. I am a Las Vegas native ex-showgirl dancer, so SMASH originated in Las Vegas and now we have expanded to San Antonio, TX.
I love teaching women and children how to dance. Dancing helps reduce stress, gain self confidence, improve balance, coordination, strengthens core, is a great cardio workout, and just makes you an overall happier person. It is why I chose my profession.
Vegas Stiletto Fitness represents empowerment, strength, and balance. Something we all need in our everyday lives. This is a classy, sassy, way to have fun while getting a workout. Most women are impressed with how much of a workout they get just by simply learning some soft sensual sexy moves in their favorite heels. Vegas Stiletto Fitness is set up like a dance class, the instructor starts you out with a nice warm up that includes “Vegas Strut”, Sexy Chair Stretch, and you are taught the top 10 VSF moves. Once you learn the top moves, you are then guided into a classy sassy chair routine that is customized for every woman of all shapes, ages, and dance abilities. You leave feeling breathless of excitement and fun, along with some leg soreness for the morning! “Stilettos” are not required, any sexy shoes are fine with us. We have no rules to being sexy!
